Mauripan Instant Yeast is free flowing in the form of light fawn colored rods derived from a pure culture of yeast grown to the required levels of protein and phosphate in sterilized molasses and dried by controlled air drying of a filtered yeast suspension with added rehydration agents.
Typical yeast smell with no off-odors and free from detectable foreign material.
Ingredient: Bakers yeast, Emulsifier (E491), ascorbic acid (E300)
Direction for use: Mix through flour before adding other ingredient
